We specialise in older dogs (one our own dogs lived till 20 years old). Seniors are welcome!

Solomon

Only in X-Large can you appreciate the true beauty of The Solomon. Or Solly as we like to call him :) This boy has been with us for a while now and we fully understand what he likes/dislikes.

Likes: Phoebe, putting saliva on you, snuggles and a big ole' bone.
Dislikes: Boy doggies, smaller doggies (that kind of is alot of dogs!), being brushed or wiped!

He's as silly as you can imagine. Hey, his best friend is Phoebe. Nuff' said :D

Toby

Sometimes it takes a while to figure out how it works (again). Toby has been here before and it's quite exciting to see how he has grown. He's not afraid of Phoebe and loves people... but how does he react to CATS?

Well, Mambo in this case (who is quite a wuss is you ask me!). They were both curious and cautious, but were equally entertained just observing each other. Haha. A good day for sure!

I'm so cool (and cute)!

Joey & Linda

Reasons why I love what I do: J.O.E.Y. :D If you were lucky to have met this labradoodle boy while he was here, isn't he just THE BEST DOG?! (sorry Phoebe)

He's super chilled, happy and easygoing all the time. Always game for playtime, but also good when it's time to relax. Of course he will choose the best seat in the house :D Check out that big grin!

As testament to his great temperament and personality, his best playmate is Linda. Yes LINDA!

Ah Miss Linda, as we (owner and me) like to say, always a work in progress! But we are always thrilled when she finds a "new best friend". It's looking to be a male friend most of the time!

Here Linda shows the main room with Phoebe (which thankfully she doesn't mind one bit!). Good sized areas to lounge and pose.

New Location, Old Faces! (Part 2)

Now this is one dog that we haven't seen in a while! Say hello again to Pepo. The last we met was back then. How time has flown :D

But am happy to report that he's much more chilled than ever and only did one bark to the big ole' thunderstorm the other night. That's great news as it has been monsoon-ish season now!

Ahhh... so nice catch up again. We must do it again sometime!

New Location, Old Faces! (Part 1)

Yes we are officially in a new locale and we eased into in by welcoming a few familiar faces. Always good to know if the accommodation can hold up to their movement and demands! Doors, windows, baby gates and (bigger) garden are all being tested :)

Hello again to Roxy - so elegant she is! This time no more flying through the back gate (hehe, yes we recall) and she's far more relaxed now anyway. Roxy is showing the VIP room - you can see a single sized bed, a low bench from this angle. More on this exclusive room in future postings!

Simple things make Roxy happy - and us too!

And Jewel is here too! She's such a good girl and a role model for all the others too. You can call her a Teacher's Pet for sure :)

Dozing off...

We are off to a smooth start :) And looking forward to more new and familiar faces.

On the Mooooove (again!)

MIBO will be packing up our doggy bags, putting away our toys in boxes and moving to a new location. Transition period will be in September/October, so bear with us if we we go missing in these few months!

Thank you - we will be back in time for Christmas, unless the boxes have been labelled wrongly! :D

Roada

Roada reminds me of what Mambo used to be like :D We think there is a good chance that they will grow up to look alike!

What do you think?

Mambo (left) when he was a wee baby. Roada (right) now.

Roada (left); Mambo (right)

Roada (left); Mambo (right)

Uncanny huh? And it's interesting to note that thay both play the same way when young too :D This is Roada, by the way - in case you were wondering!

Playtime @ MIBO!

Part 1: Angel (beagle), Grayson (beagle with light brown markings), Zoey (black cocker-poo), Coco (black mongrel), Cosmo (shih tzu) and Jewel (brown mongrel) all start to get into it. Some more than others!

Part 2: Grayson. Jewel and Zoey are all friends even before coming to MIBO. That's so cool!

Part 3: Shot from another angle; Zoey gets the toy... then gets distracted.

Part 4: From the door, see how they pair up to play! And wait for the end to see where Grayson decides to take a rest :D

Pukama on HomeCare

Pukama was on HomeCare as he just had surgery and was back from the vet's. We were glad to watch over him and Olga while his parents went to work. He actually looks worse than he feels!

We brought Cosmo along to cheer him up. But it seems that they were just not bothered by one another!

Coco

Coco-choco-lata! Like Cocoa, chocolate and latte all in one. She always looks worried when we bring out the camera! We think that it's uncanny that Coco can look like Gideon or Dusty, even when they all come from different countries. X-breeds are one of a kind!

Don't let her sad face fool you - she can be a crazy fireball who talks alot when she's excited! She even has the capacity of helping other dogs and getting into trouble.

She's great playmates with Dusty, Linda and Jewel. She was even a recognised partner in crime with Kopi-O!

Who Me??

She's comical in her own way and a joy to come home to. She's loving and bouncy!

Watch as she has the toy first and Dusty wants it too. But she isn't one to give. Coco gets distracted and Dusty makes a dash for it. Now it's her turn to wait for the toy.

Never a dull moment as they say!
