Chomper

Hello to the newcomer! He prefers the hoomans to the 4 legged ones. But we think he'll make friends at the end of his stay. The first time is usually the hardest!

Chewy

The most lovely example of good consistent training and a firm leadership is when a crazy bouncy puppy grows up to be responsive to humans and still enjoys a good fun tumble with the other dogs. It's been so great to witness Chewy maturing into a stable gal :D

Princess Peach & Hermione

"The girls" as they are affectionately called. Princess is the guardian and is the first to check things out. She LOVES people. Other dogs, meh, not so much. She will growl at them if they get too close, but she only seeks to protect her sister Hermione, Hermione, on the other hand, is as shy as a chihuahua can be (which is not common!). Thankfully, she warmed up during her stay and we managed to hear her happy squeaks. Yup, Hermione does not bark, she merely squeaks - too cute!

Nayla

We can't believe we had to say farewell to this girl. We are so happy that she is finally with her family in the Land of the Rising Sun :D It was a long journey to get her ready for her eventual flight, but she was very much at home with us during her long term boarding. We will miss her nose. And tail. And goofy manners!

Otto

This is one Schnauzer you have to keep an eye on! He loves to play with other dogs to the point that they get annoyed. Then you have to tell him to "cool it mister". And he responds... till the next exciting thing comes along!

Louis

Like they say, a diamond in the "ruff". But Louis has been making progress and doing good in his rehabilitation so far. He was adopted by a couple and in 48 hours, bit everyone in that house. So now he's here. We're breaking his bad habits and desensitizing him to touch and other dogs. He's showing potential! Hope he goes back with newly acquired skills and gets along nicely with everyone.

Harvey

We haven't seen Harvey in a while and it's good to see he's doing well. His family has expanded and he's taken to them like a star! Although much older now, we still see the spark in his eyes ;)

Sumo

He's just a chilled cat and is possibly one of the nicest felines to stay with us. He gets the roam of the upper floor because he's that good :D

Scupi

This grand dame still has some tricks up her (fuzzy) sleeves! She had to be carried into her transport which left most of us with a mouthful of fur as we did that. Ah, but we can overlook that! She's lovingly engaging and wants to know what's happening... and then once she knows what's happening, she'll find a quiet corner to lay down and observe from there.

Yuki

Heeeeee :D This is THE face that sums Yuki up. She's cheerful and loves to play and tries to get others to engage with her. She's animated and amazingly doesn't bark!
