The Dogs of Christmas

Thanks to all the mums and dads for being patient with us! It's hard being so far away from your babies at this time of the year... hope that these pictures will bring you some comfort and reassurance.

Phoebe says HELLO with her big nose... she has many friends this time around. Some ole buddies, some newcomers. Let's see who we have here:

Oscar! He's on the shelf cuz i put him there... if not there will be no still picture of this tenacious terrier. Go Go Oscar!

Molly is a newbie... very shy at first. She basically didn't touch the floor for the first few days. She stayed on the sofa...

...on the table

... and on top of the sofa.

Oh and not forgetting on the shelves - that's where she like to sleep and have her meals. But boy has she warmed up! You forget that she's so tiny... she runs with the rest of them and loves to play. And cuz she's so small, she can go into hiding whenever she wants to! Clever Molly!

Pancake: Ahhh... Fatty fatty fatty... before you think I'm being rude, that what his mum and dad call him. Really!

Now likes the slower pace. None of this running around, chasing each other, tugging on toys nonsense. He knows the best spot and it's right in front of the big fan, where it's always nice and cool.

MoMo: She still values her privacy and we are more than happy to oblige. She shares her space with Pancake. He stays in his place, she stays in her place. Works well for them!

Harry: What can be said about this boy that hasn't already been said. Ever so playful, he can be an in-your-face character. Thankfully with all the play he gets all day, he actually goes to sleep at night! (Phew...)

Oscar: This is a mummy's (or daddy's?) boy for sure. Very loved (and missed terribly!), he even came with his own Christmas stocking stuffed with goodies. Now i just have to figure out how to give it to him without the others stealing it away! :P

He's a big boy now, having learnt to cope with sleeping with the other dogs and not crying. Well done Oscar!

Xabi: I don't think this holiday will feel complete without Xabi. He's part of Phoebe and he has the privilege of going into places that no others can venture. That's what friends are for! :D

LuLu: I like to say it in one breath "PugLuLu!" Oh, she so cute. LOVES you, yup, YOU. Or anyone for that matter! Don't let the picture fool you, she's one very happy personality. We welcome her to the 2nd floor VIP area so that she can play under our supervision.

Ceasar: He really really wants to play... but his body is just not up to it. He still gets his play time, but also more rest. He's still a happy boy nontheless!

Lance: For those of you who follow this blog (thankyouthankyou!), you might be thinking at first that that looks like Marino! Uncanny similarities in appearance, but you also have to know that they are also the same in personality.

Lance is 7 years old! But most days he plays like he's 7 months old. Very much the gentleman, he will want to greet you (and anyone else!) by rubbing his nose on you. Be careful, he might just push you over :D

And a slightly blurred parting shot from the boys:
"Happy Holidays! Don't forget about us!"
