Leon

Meet our first Briad - if you have seen him out and about in Singapore, you would have remembered this fella! We call him Leon Lion: not that he ever behaves like one... but he's just majestic like a lion would be. A little slobbery, but that is just something that we are used to anyway! He doesn't look like much (above)... but when standing next to Phoebe...

He make her look small :P That's no mean feat. In fact he makes our living room look small too! He's a typical gentle giant and all the dogs just love him (although some will stare in disbelief on first encounter!).

Toby

It's hard playing second fiddle to an older brother... Toby takes it in his stride. He makes his own rules and decides when he's ready to grow up - Thank you very much! He loves people first, dogs next :D

And when your big brother is Hamilton, being good is just that bit harder :P

Zoey

So nice to have friends of friends stay over... this is Jewel's friend Zoey :) Like most poo-mixes that we know, they love life and live it to the fullest. Zoey is one dog that seems to not have a bad/sad day - she's always cheerful and happy! She got along great with all the other dogs and when she gets excited she will let off a series of sharp jolly barks while playing :D

Gideon

We call him "Giddy" for short - not that he whirls us around or anything! He's one of those nice dogs that you wouldn't pay attention to if he was in a line up of dogs :) That's what makes his special: unpretentious, undemanding, just happy to be... Giddy :)

But he does like to follow what the others are doing. Good if you are training the other dogs with simple commands (see his sit?). Not so good when there are other dogs that bark... then Giddy seeks his voice :D

See you next time!

Baxter & Mya

Such a handsome shot :D

Baxter is getting some time off from his "cone" to prevent him from scratching himself. So he's very happy to stay still for pictures! He's one happy chap - he'll come up to you, sit very nicely, look at you, (and if you ignore him) raise one paw up and tap you for attention... I'm HERE!

But he's an old man too; so it wasn't long before he was all bored and tired of his photo session and laid in a heap. Still looking so cute :P

And this is the lovely Mya... she looks just like Niyma, don't you think? Just as active and fun-loving too. She likes as much attention as you can give her. Or she will jus thang out with Baxter!

The rising of Mya's ears... up up and POP! They are HUGE! :P

Miley

My-leeee... ok, maybe not quite like that. But that will get her attention nonetheless! She'a one very happy, very quiet Schnauzer :) And her behaviour is quite like my sister's dog, Bubbles. Sometimes, we call out the wrong name... but Miley will still come :P That's how easygoing she is!

There are so many more things to do besides pose!

Jiang-Gu

Left profile. Right profile. Either way, Jiang-gu looks great to us. A senior (love em'!) Shih Tzu, he can't see well out of both eyes and tends to wander aimlessly. But once he knows the layout of the house - you can't keep him in one area... even if it's for his own good! He wants out/in and will bark for your attention. Other dogs don't faze him at all... They are just objects to move around :D He makes us laugh!

What'cha lookin' at?

Ziggy in the Field

Ahhh... nothing like a HOT day out in the afternoon. The fields were still a little gross from the rain a couple of days ago, but that will not stop the enthusiasm of Ziggy!

He loves checking out the grassy area and will stare off into the bushes... Maybe there's something there that we just can't see! Squirrel perhaps? :D

So here's the funniest thing that happened: Ziggy can't cross the drain... you can see him WANT to cross. And he TRIES to cross it, but will end up looking forlornly to the other side. "So close yet so far!"

So he gets a little guidance in the form of Phoebe...
"look, THIS is how you do it... just step down and JUMP!"
"Easy for you to say... you've got long legs!"

But yes, Ziggy did make it over :P
