Dougal

We've watched Dougal growing into the strapping young man that he is now and he's a good boy. Most of the time. When cats come in to the picture... all sensibility goes out the window. And birds. And the odd lizard. Critters beware.

Ben & Sara (Transit)

Sara
Some stay a short time and others, like Ben & Sara stay much longer! As part of the health regulations of the country they were travelling to, they had to stay while their owners settled in to their new abode.

That gives us loads of time to get to know them :) Sara is shy and Ben is (yep, you guessed it) a talker! It's always opposites when you have a pair of cats. Ben talks to make up for Sara's lack of conversation. But with their owners came for a visit midway through their stay, you see a softer side of Sara that melts in their arms. I think there's something in my eye *sniff*

Enjoy your new topical retreat! Heard the surfing is great where you are.

Ziggy

Ziggy is the class clown with many faces! Most of the time happy and bouncing all over the place. With 2 young charges at home, this Hungarian Puli has quite the responsibility to watch over them. I think he lets his hair down when he come over... if only there was more of it. Hair, that is.

Bebe

Dear dear Bebe - there are cats that are shy; then there is Bebe. You'd really have to take it slow with her to have her warm up to you. And it takes a couple of days. Sometimes it's worrying as she looks quite sad (like this). But a daily pep talk seems to ease her nerves. She's good therapy if you need someone to talk to :)

Cookie & Milko

These brothers make me laugh - one is curious, and the other would prefer to hide his head in a hole if that was possible! Can you tell who is who? ;)

They are a *ahem* hefty combination and watching the shelf hold both of them on the same level makes you marvel in awe. Oh well, more to love right!

Bailey

We're going? Where?
Ok I want to be a dog... really. Some of them have more miles in the air that I do in my lifetime! Not that it's any less stressful for the owners though. Moving your pets in the air is possibly more stressful than relocating your family, house and children all in one go. But owners are a dedicated bunch and spare nothing when it comes to moving their beloved pets to be with them.

Bailey is one of them :) Home, to Singapore and back again (well close enough) in under a year. Phew. Good thing that this time around he's much calmer and is really looking forward to his VIP flying seat. We are so happy to be able to provide transport to the airport and see him off at the check in counter. It's special to us to say our Bon Voyages and to tell him (again and again) what a good boy he is!

This is pretty cosy!

Bobo

Unrecognisable - that's Bobo as a 3 month old puppy on the left and this is him today!

It's great to see puppies all grown up, but Bobo is special. We rescued him from the side of the street with his 3 other siblings and found them all homes :) To see him happy, healthy and well adjusted, there are no words to describe it.

Munchkins

Munchkins is in fact, not a Munchkin breed. But nonetheless, just as an easy going boy that loves to see what's going on ... what'cha doing... who's walking outside my space :) This is calm and coolness at its best.

Cherub

It's with a sad heart that we bid Cherub good bye as she crossed over the rainbow bridge to be running free with the other dogs. We last met Cherub four years ago when she came to stay. Back then we already saw her as the sweet and loving girl that she was. Nothing much changed, except for the passages of time.

Rest in peace dear girl. You were very loved.
