The Sunshine Kids

Between the hours of 11am and 1pm, it's siesta time! And this is one of the things that they love to do...

Catch the sunshine :)

I'm soooo sleepy

The indoor solarium... ;P

In Pancake's House

It sounds like we are heading to a breakfast diner! :D But as you will see, it's nothing like your street side cafe.

3...2...1...

... and they are down!

The Mama-san looks like it's made for Phoebe!

*Many thanks to Pancake's mum and dad for their patience and putting up with the big grey one encroaching on their living space!

Brice

Brice (say "Breeze") here is a drop dead handsome guy! With his gorgeous coat and magnificent stance, he just has to stay still and this Irish Setter can stop people in their tracks :D

Shy Brice

A treasured son of his owners, he surprised me by being accommodating and relaxed. He adapted well to the daily routine, give or take a couple of demands :P Brice's command training is in Japanese, so I've been learning my first couple of phrases just to communicate with him :)

Sweetie

Sweetie first arrived worried and shy, preferring to stay in her corner and maintain her distance. But she eventually warmed up and started to follow the others around the house.

An active player she is not. But, oh boy is she a big jumper! She clears the baby gate with the greatest of ease. And can manage to push her way through the gated playpen areas. Goes to show the strength of this li'll cockerpoo babe :)

Ceasar at the Beach!

With all the rain the past month, it's a wonder how we even managed a beach outing! But at the first hint of sunshine, we were out the door!

We are at Punggol beach, hence the ships and tankers in the background. I think Phoebe's wondering if she can make it on board! :D

My favorite action at the beach: rub-my-nose-in-the-sand-till-it-disappears!

I am biased... My silly dog, Phoebe, stalking the waters and grinning at the camera. Is that even considered a GRIN? :D

Saffie

If i haven't said it before (i have!), I lurvvve puppies! :D
I mean, how can you not melt with THAT face?

Saffie is a 5 month old American Cocker Spaniel, and here she is with Bubbles (our related resident dog). And boy does she like to play... and play... and play... basically like all puppies!

Here's a clip of Saffie and Bubbles "having a go" at each other... can't really tell who's winning? The one on the sofa (Bubbles) or the one hitting under the belt (Saffie)? :P

If you don't give her a time out, she could go on all day, so here she it at her Time-Out. Miserable!
